The WSHT WSE Series Crawler Jaw Mobile Crushing Station is equipped with a tracked walking device that enables it to easily traverse various complex terrains. With superior mobility and high-efficiency crushing capability, it is ideal for road and bridge construction, metallurgy and energy fields, and construction waste recycling.
O WSHT WSE Series Crawler Jaw Mobile Crushing Station integrates a heavy-duty jaw crusher with a vibrating feeder, conveyor system, and crawler track undercarriage on a single chassis. The core component — the jaw crusher — adopts the toggle squeezing principle, driven by an electric motor through belts and pulleys, causing the movable jaw to move up and down to crush materials effectively.
Available in two models — WSE106-300 and WSE120-500 — the series delivers processing capacities from 180 to 500 tons per hour. The jaw crusher feed inlets of 1060×700mm and 1200×870mm accommodate large feed sizes up to 560mm and 700mm respectively, with discharge sizes adjustable from 70 to 200mm.
Equipped with tracked walking device, it easily traverses rugged mountains, muddy wetlands, and narrow urban spaces. In-place turning function enables operation in confined areas.
Jaw crusher with toggle squeezing principle provides large crushing ratio and uniform particle size. Adjustable parameters including speed, meshing angle, and stroke for optimal performance.
Complete conveyor network including main belt, return material belt, transition belt, and finished product belt with stockpile height up to 2822/1540mm.
